Your ability to transition smoothly between properties while maintaining exceptional standards will be essential to success in this role.
In the principals' absence, you will take responsibility for overseeing the property, ensuring it remains secure, well-maintained and fully prepared for their return. You will liaise closely with the Family Office, coordinating contractors and external service providers where required.
When the principals are in residence, you will adopt a more service-focused approach, assisting with guest preparation, supporting hosting and occasionally preparing simple meals. You will be expected to anticipate needs and deliver a proactive, detail-oriented service at all times.
You may also be required to assist with the care of the family's dogs, including walking and supporting their general wellbeing when needed.
