HOUSE MANAGER - UHNW PRIVATE FAMILY | TEXAS

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable House Manager to join a discreet UHNW family based in Texas.
The family is looking for a polished, hands-on professional who can take full responsibility for the smooth running of their private residence and ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with a private family, takes genuine pride in their environment and is confident managing household operations with discretion, professionalism and a calm approach.

Position: House Manager
Location: Texas
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: Flexible
Salary: $100,000-$120,000
Accommodation: Potential accommodation TBD

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the private residence
• Maintain exceptional standards throughout the home
• Coordinate and oversee household staff
• Manage household schedules, routines and daily operations
• Recruit and onboard staff when required
• Coordinate contractors, vendors and maintenance teams
• Oversee household purchasing, inventory and supplies
• Monitor property maintenance and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Manage household budgets and expenses
• Organise and maintain effective household systems and procedures
• Prepare the residence for family arrivals and departures
• Support the family during their time at the property
• Coordinate occasional private entertaining and guests
• Liaise with the family office and external support teams
• Anticipate the family's needs and ensure the household runs seamlessly

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is experienced, discreet, organised and naturally proactive, with a genuine understanding of UHNW private household standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years' experience as a House Manager or in a senior private household position
• Experience working for UHNW principals or families
• Strong household management and staff supervision experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A calm and positive personality
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and take ownership
• A hands-on and practical approach when required
• Excellent discretion and integrity
• A polished but relaxed approach to service

US Citizenship or Green Card is essential to be considered.
