Temp Housekeeper - Central London

We are looking for an experienced and professional Housekeeper to join a beautiful UHNW private household in Central London.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in their work and has a strong understanding of high-end housekeeping.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working in private households or on super yachts, and will be confident working independently while also being part of a larger household team.

You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards throughout the residence, with particular attention to detail and care when working with prestigious furnishings, fabrics, antiques and other valuable materials. A strong knowledge of laundry and wardrobe care is also important.
As this is a live-out position, someone based in or within easy commuting distance of Central London would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining the residence to an exceptional standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Detailed housekeeping across all areas of the property
• Caring for high-end and delicate materials, fabrics, furnishings and finishes
• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
• Working closely with the wider household team
• Supporting with deep cleaning and seasonal tasks when required
• Ensuring household standards are consistently maintained
• Handling household items and belongings with complete discretion and care

The Ideal Candidate

• Several years of professional housekeeping experience within a private household or super yacht
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation
• Confident caring for prestigious and delicate materials
• Strong laundry and ironing skills
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Professional, discreet and reliable
• A positive team player with a flexible approach
• Comfortable working in a busy UHNW household
• Based in London and able to commute to Central London
• Available to start immediately

Location: Central London
Position: Live-out, full-time
Start: ASAP
Contract: Initially temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person
Salary: TBC
