House Manager - Private Family, Mallorca

A private family based in Mallorca, is seeking a professional and hands-on House Manager to oversee the smooth daily running of their beautiful family home. The household includes two principals and three children (ages 3-10yrs), as well as dogs and other family pets.
The family home is a large, seven-bedroom residence situated on a private estate featuring extensive grounds, a swimming pool, and a sauna. The property is used year-round, with the family travelling internationally a few times a year.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of the property, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standard at all times
• Supervise and coordinate the existing household staff, including housekeepers, nannies, and driver
• Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and maintenance teams
• Provide hands-on assistance where needed to support smooth household operations
• Manage household schedules, inventories, and supplies
• Act as the primary point of contact for the principals, ensuring their needs and preferences are met promptly
• Maintain household manuals, budgets, and reporting where applicable
• Ensure the property is guest-ready at all times
• Provide occasional support during family events or gatherings
• On-call flexibility as required

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing private households for UHNW or HNW families
• Exceptional organisational and leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Highly trustworthy, discreet, and professional
• Fluent in English (essential); Spanish would be ideal - Russian/Ukrainian a strong advantage but not essential
• Ideally male (client preference)
• Confident liaising with external service providers and contractors
• Right to work in Spain; able to work on a full Spanish contract
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude
• Based in Mallorca year-round

Additional Information

• No regular travel is required for this position
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays when required
• Reports directly to the principals
