This is an exclusive ultra-luxury private estate in the Caribbean dedicated to delivering exceptional, discreet and highly personalised experiences for homeowners and their guests.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Guest Experience Ambassador to join the Shared Spaces team and help deliver a seamless five-star hospitality experience across the estate.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with a strong food & beverage background who enjoys leading by example. Working closely with the Head of Guest Services, you will oversee the day-to-day guest experience within the shared spaces, ensuring every area is beautifully presented, every team member is prepared, and every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day guest experience across all shared spaces, ensuring every area is presented to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure all guest locations are fully prepared ahead of arrivals, dining experiences, events and daily operations.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs of the estate to maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Coordinate and brief the Shared Spaces team, ensuring everyone understands daily priorities and guest requirements.
• Lead by example, coaching and supporting the host team to deliver proactive, intuitive and personalised service.
• Maintain bars and guest service stations, ensuring stock levels, wines, beverages and service equipment are fully prepared at all times.
• Support food and beverage service, assisting with dining experiences while ensuring seamless collaboration with the wider hospitality team.
• Monitor daily guest schedules and upcoming arrivals to anticipate preferences, requests and operational requirements.
• Take ownership of operational checklists, service standards and presentation across all shared guest areas.
• Work closely with the Head of Guest Services to ensure clear communication, efficient planning and exceptional guest experiences.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture while maintaining consistently high service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, private estates, luxury resorts, yachts or high-end restaurants.
• Previous experience in a supervisory position within Food & Beverage or Front of House operations.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge, including bar service and wine presentation.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining immaculate presentation standards.
• Previous Caribbean resort experience would be an advantage.

Additional Information

This role reports directly to the Head of Guest Services and forms part of the wider Guest Experience team.
The Lead Guest Experience Ambassador is a supervisory position, providing day-to-day guidance and support to the Shared Spaces Hosts while remaining actively involved in guest service. This is not a full management role but an opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.
