A prestigious private residence in Mayfair, London, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Housekeeper to join their team.
This is a full-time, live-out position with a temporary 6-month contract that has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order throughout the property. Duties include:
- Cleaning and tidying all areas of the residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens.
- Laundry and ironing.
- Managing household inventories and supplies.
- Welcoming guests and providing assistance as needed.
- Providing occasional service support, such as serving meals and drinks.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in high-end housekeeping, preferably within a private residence or luxury hospitality setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for organisation.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to varying schedules and work both early and late shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK.
Position Details:
- Location: Mayfair, London
- Contract: Full-time, temporary (6 months) with the possibility of permanency.
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Salary: Circa £35,000 per year
- Benefits: To be discussed during the interview process.
- Hours: When the family is not in residence, working hours are generally 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. When the family is in residence, hours will vary and may include early or late shifts.
